I went all the way to checkout but still shows 69.99. How did you see it for 49.99?

Both the impact and air ratchet are low on the torque side, I would look else where. My impact is 600 and I would still like a little more from it some times. My air ratchet is 65 and it's just about right.

Sears has various items like these, some of them tools, for 40-60% off, under their "deal of the day" on their website.

I've managed to snag a few of them, including two Craftsman bow saws for 50% off. (which is about what they were really worth being thin metal and made in China - but hey, lifetime warranty)

They seem to be the same items on a rotating basis, since the air tool set and bow saws have come up twice so far.

As for the quality and torque, these are probably more of a basic air tool kit for a home mechanic with a street driven car or small vehicles. They are probably not going to work out that well for someone with truck/SUV/trail rig needs.
