Crank, No Start; New Member Seeking Help

Hello, I have a 2020 Explorer XLT. Woke up this morning and it would not start. It turns over and acts like it will start then shuts off. Radio, heater, lights, horn all work. I’m at a loss. Thank you

Are you able to tell if the engine is getting gas?

Welcome to my world! I've had this happen to me twice. The first time at under 12,000 miles it burned the fuel pump, had to get towed and fuel pump was replaced. The second time the roadside assistance guy came to my driveway twice with a can of gas and it finally started. This was on a very cold day with less than a quarter tank on an incline.
