Custom grille

Has anyone ever considered or attempted a custom grille for the sport trac. not the ready made inserts, but a custom grille? is it possible.

I have a custom insert. Nothing special but more appealing than stock. What ideas do you have??

I like the one in the link swshawaii gave, but i would use a different grille material and try putting letters on either FORD or SPORT TRAC. It's a lot of work but I think it will be worth it.
