Ah, I thought you meant just the 4-button switch on the driver's door.
I've never sat in any of the other seats, so I don't know if any of those are peeling.
 






Just had all 7 of mine replaced a couple weeks ago. Drivers was peeling and Lincoln dealership replaced all. This must have been in the system for a while before the letters were sent out.

Assuming this issue has finally been fixed once and for all since they want all to be replaced.

I wonder if the replacement part is improved quality over the original, or if the replacement is identical and will have the same problem occur down the road.

Had this done on mine. My service writer actually brought it up without me asking.
