cylinder dead?? what now

1992 xlt 4.0 pushrod engine is missing and rough idle pulled spark plug wires off one by one and the engine would slow down like it should except for # 5 cylinder would not do anything checked coil/spark plug wires/and plug getting spark all the way through checked compression @ 150 psi also cylinder vacume is good so don't think is is rings or valves i can feel the injector pulsating is there any way to check if gas is going into cylinder or maybe you guys might think it is something else???

OKAY TODAY I PULLED THE INJECTORS AND REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ONE SO I KNOW IT IS WORKING. BUT IT STILL IS DOING THE SAME THING, DO YOU THINK MAYBE THE INTAKE CHAMBER THAT LEADS TO THE PISTON CHAMBER IS CLOGGED AND NOT LETTING GAS GO INTO PISTON????? WILL CHECK THAT TOMORROW SINCE I GOT TO TAKE OFF THE FUEL INJECTOR RAIL BECAUSE ONE OF THE INJECTORS DIDN'T SEAL RIGHT AND IS LEAKING. ANY IDEAS REF THE CLOGGED CHAMBER PLEASE HELP
