kk tnx for the quick response, about the d44 do you know which models have the same bolt pattern as explorers i just bought a set of wheels thats why i chose d30, tnx

I believe some year Dodge dana 44's have the 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern. However, they are probably passenger side drop, and would thus require a passenger drop transfer case. I't probably easier / cheaper to sell you wheels and get new ones.

4.10's will fit, I have 4.56's in my d30
Or are you asking if the 4.10's that you already have in you d35 will fit, if that is the case then no.

well finally started some mods on my X, SAS still standing by cant find a pitman arm long enough total lift of 9" on toy box, did a soa on the rear with custom shackles , changed the transfercase for a manual 1350 btw is there a SYE for this one , with the current setup cant handle enough flex :( ,maybe double cardan will help a bit, anyways ill leave u some pics.:exporange

Rear ends works great so far still have to get the drive shaft lenghtened.

Never seen a SYE for the 1350, I would try to find a manual 1354 they already have the fixed yokes

Every 1350 that I have had, or currently have, has been a fixed yoke, just not a "flange" style, simply the U-joint fitting directly to the yoke. As for the flex issue, that has never been a problem on the BIIs' or the Rangers. I have always had the double cardan style, though, on my trucks. Something to look into from the BII, if nothing else, simply to save some $$$ on a custom driveshaft.
BTW hmorris, is that a front bumper for a CJ/Wrongler that you are running on the "X"?

I thought the 1350 had that wierd front slip yoke, my buddys BII has one, its really bizzar looking and I heard there is a u-joint inside the case

yes thats a jeep bumper fitted good and doesnt look too bad. does it ? hehe
im working on a custom bumper as we speak also double shock mounts igot this 34" extended es9000 , will so how that works. Still need to fix leghts on the driveshafts.

I'll post more pics soon.

Wow that's a lot of stress on those leaf springs with those shackles. Are you planning on adding some extra support to them?

ALready have. In that pic i only had one leaf the original one some how my x only came with one, but i just change it for a whole leaf package, really soft springs .next week ill take her out and test all the mods.

Usually second gen sports came with a monoleaf setup. Another brilliant idea from Ford. How much lift are you going for?

between 9"-11" I´ll measure it today.

On the 1350 Xcase; yeah, they do have a slip for the front with an internal Ujoint in the snout on the case. I get so used to people discussing the REAR driveshaft that I forget sometimes that the front can also be a slipjoint. I haven't had any issues with that end of the Xcase, but, then again, I haven't really tried to get the TTB to flex. Stupid "chicken wing" design.

well after the measuring it runed out with 9.5" of lift pretty decent height ,though tires look small now i run on 265/75 r16 I'll post some pics this weekend.

I need help with the power steering the x is ready but we just started the engine, it seems the power steering pump psi is to high its turning the wheels like crazy im using stock PSP and toy box what can i do?

Toss the Toy box and use a FoMoCo in it. If you have a "reverse" style pitman arm, you can use a box from an old Scout II.
