I'm about to leave fore an 1800 miles road trip and my window got stuck today. I never had any problems with it before that. I can tell the motor is still trying to make the window work but the window is stuck. I dont know id is has fallen off the track or something, it does look like it is in the right place.

Anybody ever ran intot his problem?

On my '99 Ex, the window froze in place during the winter, and the motor actually pulled off the rail that the window sits in. That's what is supposed to happen rather than breaking the window if it were attached too firmly. It has three small clips that are secured to the bottom of the window with what looks like clear rtv silicone. If you hear things moving in your door when you hit the window switch, then this may be the problem. Do you get any movement? Come down crooked? You can try to put one hand on each side of the window, then have someone push the down switch and see if you can help the window down or unjam it if it's binding somehow. Other than that, you're probably gonna have to pull the door panel off to check things out inside.

the window appears straight. The motor does not wind up or down it is stuck.

Basicaly it's tyhe equivalent of if I was holding the window with my hands and trying to get it to come up.

It was the bolt that was holding the track for the windows.
