Dana 35 27/31 spline??????

While looking to buy an ARB Locker, i had picked out the locker, and wanted to double check through my local shop, which is an ARB retailer. They opened their magic book of axel models and everything axle and behold... My 1992 dana 35 has A right side 27 spline and left side 31 spline??????? What????? Please tell me this is a misprint.... please tell me....

They are both the same and if I remember correctly they are 27 spline

ya i dont see how one side could 31 and the other 27, it must be a misprint

I'll make a wild a$$ guess, and say their book did list two axles, but one was a Ford front D35 with 27 splines, and labled "F" for front: the other was a Jeep rear D35 with 31 spline, labeled "R" for rear. They saw the "R" and figured "right side".
