Dash Board Lights

I have a 92 explorer eddie bauer. When you start the truck what lights are supposed to come on. The only lights that come on, on mine are the seat belt light, check engine light, and the charging system light. Thats it. Isnt the rear abs light supposed to come on along with the low oil light?

im not absolutely positive on this but ... I dont think that it matters, the only thing that comes on in my 93 limited are the check engine and abs, Does your abs work??? do you have any problems with the oiling or charging? if not i wouldnt let it get to ya , should be a big deal

No oil or charging problems, I have no idea if the abs works, i just got it and havent driven it alot yet.

find some gravel or snow and go bout 20mph , dont mash the brake to the floor , but do apply firmly enough to make the tires skid a little , if you feel it vibreate in the pedal and make some noise it works, i know for a fact that it either works or doesnt work theres no in between,

The " Check oil"," Rear ABS", and e-brake lights should also come on for a few seconds on startup....

only the check oil light comes on, on the other side of the steering wheel i have a light that says rear antilock(but doesnt come on) is that the same as rear abs?
