While this thread shows how to modify the instrument cluster, it also shows how to remove it for bulb replacement. Hope this helps!

Dead Link Removed

Be extra careful with the shift indicator and string. It is easily broken at the adjuster.

When I first got my Trac, 3 of the bulbs were out. Play it smart and replace ALL of the bulbs when you have it apart. If you don't, you know one will go out in two weeks, followed by another a month later. Look at it this way, they all have a set life in them, and all were installed from the factory the same day, and they all burn the same amount of time when the dash lights come on...so why not just replace them all. Ever wonder why headlights, and signal bulbs are sold in 2 packs? Same reason!

This just reminds me that I need to do this 2, I dealt with 1 out for awhile then the 2nd and the 3rd was just behind. It's 6 bulbs for the dash right.

The 1st link also answers question I had for removing the bezel (the 1 behind the lens). Want to paint/match when installing the donor radio bezel

Why would my new brake pads squeak for then all of a sudden just go to the floor and no brakes at all besides the E-brake and that's it

Does anyone have before/after pics of the dash light upgrade? I want to see how LEDs make the instrument cluster look before I put them in my 01.
