The other day my cluster lights and all my interior lights that come on with parking lights stopped working .

checked all fuses and they are good , i replaced the headlight switch , stil nothing . replaced resistor ( dimmer) also no fix

when i turn on the light switch , i lose other indicators ,ie check engine , 4x4 , brake as if its back feeding or a bad ground , but not the case .

is there an additional relay under the dash somewhere that may be bad ?
there is no way that all those interior lights are fed from a 7.5 amp fuse.

look for the park lamp relay in the relay module.

is that up under the hood ?

according to my 96 pictures, it is in the relay module behind the instrument panel (center of dash) area.

uhhhhhhhhg .LOL thats a mission for toorrow

It is also possible that the dimmer relay is a source of your problem and or connections thereof which is also in the relay module. good luck.
