helppppppppppp

at nite when i turn my lights on, my dash lights (gauges...a/c and heat knobs...and rear wipor, fog light button, etc...) DONT LIGHT UP ANYMORE!
at first i thought it may be the bulbs behind my gas gauges, speedometer...
then i noticed that my AC /heat gauges didnt light up either...
then i noticed my rear wipor knob, fog light button, etc dont light up...
and also, my rear control panel for air and music for my backseat passengers doesnt light up either =(
so i'm thinkin it cant be the bulbs...
wiring? fuses??

Fuses are there to protect the wiring, so DON"T use tinfoil to jumper/disable the fuse/fuses. In the owner's manual it should describe what each fuse is for. The one you are looking for is called "Instrument Panel Illumination" and if I recall correctly is a 10 amp fuse. The fuse block is right above the drivers left foot (it has a cover on it but has lots of wires coming in and going out of it). Try to replace that fuse first....don't cut any wires and don't cheat the safeties (fuses) with aluminum foil unless you are prepared to deal with melted wires. Usually you can see a break in the wire in the plastic body of the fuse, but sometimes it is difficult to see. There should be some spare fuses and a fuse puller in the cover of the fuse box (handy for us fat-fingered folks).

It isn't the bulbs (one in a million shot that they all fail at the same time). It could be a short, but most likely a fuse blew. Let us know...

ok so all my fuses are OOKKKK..
what the hell is wrong w/ my rideeeeee =(

check out the dimmer wheel for the dash lights... first of all and i know this sounds dumb but make sure you dont have it dimmed all the way... ive done this ona few occasions and forgot about it and was checking fuses..... other than that id try maybe replacing that knob...

yea, sounds like your dimmer switch is OFF. do your interior overhead lights work? if not, try sliding your dimmer dial all the way up.

also, no need to add lots of extra letters to the end of every word. makes your post very difficult to read, but other than that, welcome to the site.

that was the first thing i checked
its up all the way

so i'm thinking it may be wiring????
