dash radio bezel info

Removing the dash radio bezel to run some wires, I got everything unclipped/accounted for except the cigarette light. I wanted to ask before I went pulling on it, does the thicker wire going in the middle of it pop out? I see that hte smaller one should come off, But I didn't want to rip the other one out and mess something up especially if it's not supposed to come out

If anyone can tell me how u remove the cig lighter or just make it where i can pull the bezel off id appreciate it
