The metal plate located on the radiator core support. Can you help me decode the data. Some of the letters are missing due to corrosion. Terry

1997 Explorer Data Plate

Called Ford, said that an Oasis report only good for 10 years. But, the person did look up the Vin and comfirmed that it was a Police Interceptor shipped to the New Kennsington Police Department. Now I have two sources verifying the Vehicle.
