whichever route we go I am going to spare no expense and take no shortcuts. That being said if it takes 6 months to do it the right way then so be it. It is always better to do it right the first time and never have to fool with it again lol.
As far as the hood clearance on the lightning 5.4, I am pretty sure I will have to cut the hood. If I do go that route and have to I will cut and fiberglass a cobra r hood onto the mounty hood. That should clear and look pretty bad ass.
If all works out right tomorrow I will be picking up a black on black on black 88 mustang hatch for a daily.

Find a bread van! I just found one up here for 1600 in perfect running condition 4bt 3.9 swap that ex! The just yard will give me 500 for the body and Allison tranny is worth 800 so for 200 you have your engine with 355ft. Lbs tq! Not to mention the 25 mpg
