Blwnsmoke, you need to review your insurance with your carrier. You may need GAP insurance. You have a L O N G term loan, high value vehicle, I assume no significant downpayment. When you drive away from the dealership, you will be immediately upsidedown on the truck. You might need the gap insurance to be properly protected.

Be careful. This goes for all owners in similiar situations.

I appreciate the warning but Im fully aware of gap coverage. Between rebates and down payment, it is more then 15% of invoice price which is sufficient. With the low interest rate, less then 15% of my payment goes to interest and within a year, it is down to 10%. Im not worried about being in the hole.
