My wife has 05 Explorer V8, with 91K miles, I saw information on how to change the plugs, however, I have a question about a miss fire. I was told this was the coil packs and everyone of them should be replaced. This is really expensive. SHould the spark plugs be replaced first to rule out, the spark plugs or just go ahead with the coil packs. It was put on a computer at the local garage, and all I was told is tyhat its miss firing.
