What is it and how can to tell if I have it other then the $300.00 they charged me for it. They said it is like Paint Butler but since they applied it I never have to have it redone.

Asking because they charged me for $179 for etching which they did not do. They will be doing that Monday.

Save your $179.. if someone wants your Ex, they will take it. Having a VIN etched in the glass will not deter anyone. Insurance will pay regardless so why waste your money?

Can't speak about the paint protection with exception to everything I have ever read has stated it is a waste of money and almost pure profit for the dealer.

You should have some type of certificate for the protection stating it has been applied and the warranty etc.
