Difference between 3.73's and 4.10's....

I have 3.73's in my truck and i was thinking to switching to 4.10's, but the guy at the local 4WD shop told me i wouldnt see a difference. Is that true? Could i go to 4.56's? I dont want to hurt my gas milage too bad. Where do i go?

One difference you will see is the speed to RPM ratio change a little. There is probably other differences too but I don't know too much about gearing. Just my opinion - I wouldn't change gears unless you run bigger tires because it costs lots of $$ to have them changed.
