Difference between Sensa Tracs and Reflex....

Anyone have experience with both of these Monroes? Pros and cons?

I'm 90% on the road, 10% lakeside and dirt access roads.
Looking to lessen the "bounce" of my old worn shocks.

While I'm on the subject, who makes the best replacement parts for the front steering/suspension linkage bushings?
