direct drum 4r70w

here is the picture of the direct drum that looks totally different than the other direct drums for the 4r70w that ive seen if you know whats up or anybody who might know p[lease advise?

Looks like the cast drum for the early AOD's and AODE's.

yea, but this came out of the 4r70w at least 1996 model and on, are they all interchangeable

and on the reverse drum i have the mechanical diode sprag vs the roller clutch pic coming.

I am all ears. I had conflicting info... and assume the stamped steel was all that was available after 95-6 or so. Measure the OD and post it

ok i assume this is what you wanted me to measure. Also i was lookin at the valvebody the extra seperator plate support in your pics yours show 2(the circle looking things) and i have 3 two bigger ones and one small one? was there a difference in these as well i found one stamp on the vb that was AB.
And the soleniods are ab as well arent these the newer versions?
