Crappy quick photoshop pic and yes I need to wash my car but this should relay the general idea. I want to shave the bumper down and cut out the area where the hitch goes and dump the exhaust out there.

Thoughts/Suggestions?

Would the spare tire be in the way?

Yes but I think that I wouldn't mind keeping it inside the car to get that exhaust or just not carrying one at all. lol

nice sport u got there

I haven't carry a spare tire in any of my vehicles in 5 years. So far so good. *knockonwood* :p:

Well i dont see why you wouldnt be able to. As long as you cut a hole thru the bumper to fit the tip in. Im sure you dont mind loosing the hitch .. lol :D

Curious tho how are you going to run the exhaust. Are you just getting a dual tip? or are you running duals?

I personally think it looks very unique.

I have to do a bit of research on some exhaust systems, I don't know too much about them.

That looks sweet! How would the heat affect the area? Not too hot?

Sorry about your mom :(

Thanks

I don't think the heat should effect it too much. I've seen how people dump the exhaust out the side like the lightnings by cutting out a piece in the side trim, which I assume is the same type of plastic. So it should work out alright.

kind of reminds me of the jeep grand cherokee srt8 exhaust

I was actually thinking of doing my exhaust like this but never got around to it. I think it will look great on your sport.

I think it'd look cool if done right and done clean. Meaning make sure everything sits correctly, and not off center and that the cut in the bumper is clean and not to jagged.
