It'll still throw off codes cause your pcm will look for pre-cat levels and post cat levels. if they are not within specs, it'll throw a code
 






I don't have emissions checks here in Florida and I've got my 3rd cat cutout. I throw no codes because of it. Shops can't cut it out but if it happens to disappear they don't have to replace it.
 






I get we can't talk about breaking the law, but, if the truck was off road use only...
I can't see it throwing a code if there is no post cat O2...

The O2 sensors are only before/after the front two converters. There are no sensors for the third catalytic converter, so the vehicle itself while not have any issues.
