Do I need to get my driveshaft lengthened?

I recently lifted the rear by about 3 inches. So far the truck drives smooth and no problems. But I saw that the driveshat had slipped out about an inch and a half. Do I need to get my driveshaft lengthened?

It probably wouldn't hurt to, but have you flexed out the rear to see if the driveshaft slips out? If not, its probably OK, but may be better if lengthened.

depends how you feel about a muddy output shaft, and how much you like your seals....
