I love my Duff bumpers, they are STOUT. I picked them up when they first came out (they were also much cheaper then) I got the receiver style ones but a winch plate could easily be adapted tot he front one.
the bumper quality is very good with the Duff units. I have been able to put one small dent in one lower tube over the years and thats when my front tire slipped off a 5' rock in Los Coyotes, all 4 bolts sheared off and the bumper bent back almost into my grill.
I have dropped the rear bumper on some rocks and also a concrete curb on accident one year (hahaha Colorado sno storm made it impossible for me to know that I was about to drive over a 24" drop from one parking lot into another...oops), it only has small grooves in the lower tube, no dents.
I was rear ended on the highway by a Mistu Diamante, the poor kid was following too close and didnt brake in time. My rear bumper was 1/2 way up his hood and my back tires about 4-5" off the ground.
Took some paint off the underside of my rear bumper, and put a small dent in my gas tank skidplate, his car didnt fare so well.
