Keep in mind, I am OCD... so this kinda thing is normal for me :D

This goes Size/Backspace/Offset - Mounting point to back - Mounting point to front

15x7 4.50/bs 12mm/os – 4inches from back of wheel – 3inches to front
15x8 4.75/bs 6mm/os – 4.25inches from back of wheel – 3.75inches to front

15x7 3.75/bs -6mm/os – 3.25inches from back of wheel – 3.75inches to front
15x8 3.75/bs -19mm/os – 3.25inches from back of wheel – 4.75inches to front

Did I mess up somewhere with simple math or understanding of backspacing and offset?

Oh, and this is the tech data for some wheels I'm lookin' into... 15x7 in front, 15x8 in back... Just want them to look right together. I know, I know... I'm weird.

Firstly, go with the same rims all the way around, that way you can rotate your tires much easier and deal with a flat much easier.

15x8, 3.75" BS is generally best.

Offset is simply BS-.5wheelwidth
