does this performance chip work

has any one heard of this SLR performance chip or is any one using this chip? wondering if this would work or mess things up considering cost of this is dirt cheap $69?

As much as I love the things James has done for my mountaineer it's a waste of time to try and tune a 1st gen. There are only a few parameters he can modify so there isn't much to be gained unless you have a really built up motor that needs the tuning to make it run.
