We've got a 97 XL... well, my girlfriend has, I'm just the poor sap that does the work on it...
Anyway, The driver's door doesn't always unlock with the remote fob, but when we try to use the key, it won't unlock either.
This problem has also spread to the other doors too, occasionally they will unlock as normal, but other times one, 2, 3 or all 4 will stay locked and you have to keep pushing lock/unlock on the fob until one opens.
We've also got an issue with the back wiper, it doesn't normally do anything until the rear defrost button is pushed but now it's stopped working altogether. I think that the motor's toast on it.
Any suggestions as to what may be wrong with the locks?
Could it be the GEM or is it possible just the solenoids are all going?
