I have a moody outside door handle that will not open sometimes. Sometimes it does? I took apart the panel, unclipped the yellow clasp,moved it up the rod a little bit, and reclamped it. It changed nothing. I cannot figure out why it works sometimes and other times it does not. Please advice.
