Doors wont unlock w/ remote but it will lock with remote.

I can't unlock my doors on my 2002 Ford Explorer XLT with the remote.Its been working fine than just stopped working 2 days ago.I can lock and start my car with the remote.I been using the keypad and manual opening the door with the key.

The remote is aftermarket b/c of remote starter but had it since 2003, and there hasnt been a problem.

I have 2 remotes, so i tried my new one i had and its doing the same thing as my old remote. I didn't change the battery.

Parking lights will blink when i press unlock, but the doors dont unlock.

i could really use some help here b/c i dont have that much money to dump at the moment, and plus if i have to unlock my doors with the key for now on, i dont really see a problem.

My front passengers door sticks sometimes when I use the remote. The drivers will open just fine but the other side will stick. Not sure why. But it will pop with the use of the interior button just fine with the exception of one out of a few times it will stick then too. But lots worse with the remote.

Have you checked for broken wires in the boot between the body and the door?

no i haven't, i just dropped it off at the dealership for an oil change and i told them to check out the remote, so we will see what happens.
