Draft....please Read!!!!!!

Search for torsion twist. Someone did a detailed write up with pics but I dont remember who. As for lowering the rear, you'll need lowering blocks to whatever height you want to lower it. They don't make a lowering kit up front for ours.
Most of the older threads no longer have any pictures, either the links were lost or dropped or the pics simply removed from the links.I've read through alot of the different how to stuff and 90% of the pictures are gone.So basically if your using pics on you how to stuff don't delete the pics it ruins it for the guys who need those pics as a guide.I do all my own work and generally can figure out whats going when someone just talks in a description on how to do stuff but for some of the not so mechanically inclined its a little more difficult.
The search feature works great, but if your lookin for a thread with pics on the how to part, you can almost count on there not being any pics.
Thats probably why there are so many repeat threads on common problems.
I'm a newbie and its discouraging wanting to see how something is done, maybe differently than what I would do,and just seeing a red X.

Thats true for most of the non-elite members who post pics. They come and go and their web hosts change. Before they become elite everyone's pics are this way. They have to delete old stuff to make room for more. Elites can upload directly to the server as they post. Theorectically, an uploaded pic should stay there (as far as I know), a linked one may not.

If you want, I could repost the whole process of doing the TT flip with the images hosted here so it can go in the Useful Threads forum?

EDIT: here's a thread I made over here with the TT adjuster flip tutorial with all the pics on this site: http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=142973

maybe useful threads forum?

Success!!!! Ahahahaha.

I dropped my X!!!! It was a pain in the ass with the nuts and bolts rusted on. But it only took me about 4 hours (including long lunch and drive around after TT). I put the 3" drop block kit on the rear end, and completely remover the adjuster bolts from the torsion bars. My ride level in front (from the ground to the bottom of the plastic trim by the doors) is 11.25" and in the rear (from the ground to the plastic trim behind the doors) is 10.75"

But there is still a problem though. Around turns, my rear end creaks. I haven't bought net shocks yet though, so that may help. But other that that, everything seems to be great.

Draft. I have one more question for you too!

You said you got different shocks for the rear end from the ones you had before. I think you said they were Billsteins????? Where did you get them, price, front or rear application, item number, etc. ?????

Thanks for everyones help. A lot of pressure has been lifted off my shoulders.

Go under there, loosen up the brackets for the swaybar, loosen up the two bolts connecting the endlinks. Then tightnen up the endlinks, and then the brackets. Could be bushings twisted up.
