Dressed Shifter

I have a 4speed auto sport with O/D. The shifter is on the steering column. Has anyone found any replacement stalks or shift knobs for "on the tree" auto shifters? I would like one that is dressed up a bit, has a better grip, and still has the o/d button. any ideas?

I've never seen anything that would work. I'm not sure if anything exists.
