Driveline Problem

I was driving down the inerstate on the way to my Army unit over the weekend, about 40 min into the drive i needed to pull of and get some gasoline, on the off ramp, when i let off the accelerator, the engine droped down to idle, and something in the driveline started to make a ZZZZZZ sound, much like the sound of a long zip tie being tightened. it stoped makeing the noise when i hit about 35 MPH and when i got back onto the gas it ran and shifted fine. but now anytime i am over 35 mph and let off the accelerator to coast, it makes the same noise. Does anyone have a clue what has gone wrong??

Hey I have been looking for someone who has the same problem.
Like the others said I am glad I found out what the problem is, but I dont like to hear the solution !
Thanks for everyones input, I thought I was going mad with this noise and the ford dealer here didnt know either
