Driver side door is Hanging?

Hey guys my driverside door is starting to hang down pretty badly. its right corner is taking gouges out of the back right one, i know ive seen a thread on some shims but i cant seem to find it. can anybody help me or give me a ghetto way to fix the problem>? thanks
