Driver side fuse panel fuse slot 16?

In my 2019's Limited owner manual it says slot 16 isn't used. Mine clearly is or if not, has a 15 amp mini fuse in that slot. Anyone know what this is for?

Was thinking of using a hardwire kit for a dashcam and tapping that location.

Typically, they place spare fuses in some unused slots.

On my 2016, I used a fuse tap in the moon roof location for my cb. I don't have a moon roof.

On the 2018 Edge, I used a fuse tap on one of the switched circuits ( don't remember which one) for the Garmin and Radar detector. These don't pull much current.
