Driver side lock

...............will not unlock with remote, key, inside of the car. Used my needle nose pliers on the thumb lock inside. Can get it up little bit once releasing the lock it will not stay unlock. took it to my machinic see if there is any of getting this disabled for the mean time. there is no easy way of getting this done. Thought maybe I could take the fuse out for the power lock. fuse box is in the dash, right where the door meets there is no way for me to it without opening door, or even getting the door pannel without opening the door. Please help

Sounds like the arm on the inside of the door has been damaged.. Taking the door panel off is pretty easy. There is a few screws and it pops right off.
