Driver's door swap?

I picked up an '03 XLT recently that is in mostly great shape, except the driver's door is a bit crunched. It's not a huge deal and doesn't affect opening and closing, but I'd still rather it not be crunched. I was looking at the Pick n Pull website and the location near me seems to have an Explorer in the same color with a non-crunched driver's door so I'm wondering if I could just swap that in myself. Has anybody dealt with doing this?

It can take a lot of futzing with thevdoor alignment to get it right, especially if you are doing it yourself. If you are willing to fiddle around with it for a few hours, it’s surely doable.
