Ok, I wired my driving lights. I decided not to tap into the low beams. I have the wire that was supposed to be spliced into the low beams connected to the battery, along with the power wire from the relay. Now I can have the lights on whenever. The lights work, & work good. However, I can now turn the driving lights on when the trucks off. I do not want that to happen. What do I have to change so the lights will only work when the truck is running, or set to on. Should I move the wire that was to be spliced into the low beams, to a swicthed power source?
Thanks

thats why I tape into my radio fuse, so that the lights can't be on if the car isn't.

Switch it on to the parking lights. This way they will only go on when the parking lights are switched on. They will also light up when your headlights are on. You will still be able to use them with out the engine running, but you'll first have to switch on the parking lights.
