I have a question about driving my 93' with 35"s and stock (3.73) gearing and my auto a4ld. I will be getting my new gears in a few weeks but until then what can I do to put the least amount of stress on my transmission? It currentaly feels like I am draging a piano behind my car:thumbdwn: Is it better to drive in D or OD? I don’t do much highway driving. For low speeds should I even be in second gear? Right now I just drive like a granny

Any tips would be greatly appriciated

Keep it in drive, coast to lights and no racecar starts. Thats about it.

yeah keep it in drive and dont do anything in a hurry-def dont pull out with the tranny in 2nd gear
