Dual exhaust question

I just got a MagnaFlow Truck X muffler installed on my 98 Sport 4.0 at my local shop,2.25 from the cats with 2.5 chrome slant tips. Sounds really good, and looks awesome.(alot better then I thought it would on a v6). It cost me about 395$. Only bad thing was lost the spare tire :( . I would also suggest getting the KKM air filter. The filter is really cool too becuase you can hear it just sucking in the air, It sounds really cool!! Between the 2 upgrades my gas gauge stays up more, and I have a significant amount more of acceleration. I'm working on gettin a video clip up, of idle noise, driveby, and throttle drive by. I was going to get a super40 but they didn't have it in dual in. I am very happy with my exhaust it has a nice throaty noise and people mistake me for a big truck coming down the road :). My friend said he thought it was a huge lifted truck, then he saw my little sport fly by.

There is room for a left tailpipe and the spare tire. Room would have to be made around the left side, because Ford used that space to space out three different components. They can be moved, but because they are there, no one will make a bolt in tailpipe.
Those parts would have to be moved, and then the tailpipe could be custom made.
For a normally aspirated 302, 2.25" tailpipes are enough, and are quieter than a larger size. Good luck,
DW

It seems like you all want to run duals out the back like the Mustang 5.0.L I have two Moroso spiral flow mufflers and a couple of Z28 chrome tips that im about to have installed in a couple of weeks. I've been quoted a price of $400.00 for pipe bending and labor to run duals out (back) both sides. So I decided to have them exit in front of the passenger side rear wheel, price $125.00.
