Very funny. Been watching this dude for 3 weeks and 3 times he won his same own auction for his used 2nd Gen Explorer projector headlights item #261103424613. Seems like he won't let go till he get his 225.00, which is higher than a new set. We have a member ddapelo here? Lol

EBay has a way of preventing other people from seeing the actual user's name by playing with the wording. Here's an example: user MARK. What you see: a**o. What do you see? There is a way to report this activity to EBay if you know for a fact that somebody is bidding on their own items. Contact Celly by PM or email. He's an expert on issues like this. I think he once worked for EBay.

So, he's creating new profiles, and bidding his own auctions?

I guess something is fishy, being that he has sold them a few times, but still has them to relist...

It's very simple. You create another account and bid on your own item and jack it up and hope a sucker buyer will go bid against you and he win. It's called "shilling". There's a lot of them out there and Ebay cannot catch them all. The way it's going he may stop since this is his fourth time and he dropped 100.00 off his original "buy it now" price. He loses about 15.00-20.00 each time (he won it himself 3 times already).

It's his seven times as of today and he's going to outbid everyone himself again. One of my friend's bid on it and the seller outbid him at the last second. I warned him but he went for it anyway. This is very entertaining to see if he ever really going to sell it or racked up Ebay fees himself. Lol
