Dumb Question. Where's my PCV?

I looked and looked and looked and i cant find it. I have a 92 EB, i was under the impression that its near the brake booster on the valve cover but i dont see it. Can anyone help?

Look behind the brake booster vacuum hose. PCV should be near there on the valve cover.

Thats exactly where i thought it SHOULD be. But the whole is blocked off. I wonder why someone would go thru the effort of taking the valve out and blocking it off. Should i add it? Maybe that will gimme some more mpg!
