DVD in headrests

I have a 2003 Explorer and am trying to find a good way to put monitors in the headrests - since I have a sunroof - without them looking like a 5th grader did them. I ran across these on ebay. These seem interesting with the adjustable posts on them.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions.

Oh yeah, I have cloth interior so I am not sure what my options might be since all I see are monitors in leather headrests.
