Can't Find Pinholes in headrest

I have a 2002 xls. I just bought custom seat covers. The directions say remove the headrests. So I searched all over and everybody says remove or depress the pinholes. But I can't find them!!!! Please help. I look really bootlegged with only the front seat covers on.

well do you see the two chrome looking poles comming from seat to the head rest? if not pull up. at base of the poles theres a button that slides you push inward to center of seat and you can adjust the head rest just hold the button and pull the whole thing off straight up.

Hope this might give you an idea.
