I have a 2000 Ford Explorer Limited, when I touch the floor button on the EATC it doesn't work. But when I use the others it goes to them. My problem is that I am not getting any heat from the vent. I can set at 90 degrees and I get only cold air. I have checked the as well as purchased a new blend door actuator and no luck on either one. What next? With it in the off position I will turn the key on and have tried to hit the off and floor buttons then quickly use the automatic but for it to show a code and nothing happens. So I now know that the floor button is not working. Have also pulled positive battery cable off to let is reset and no luck. So I now that the floor switch is not working. What do I next?
