I am new to this forum, but I thought I might forewarn everyone to watch out for a certain product.
Buyer Beware of the indiglo gauges sold on eBay produced or sold by Initial K Concepts or xenonxenon168@aol.com. I recently bought a set for my 96 X and receive a bad set. They didn't fit correctly. After repeated emails to Intial K, they kept giving me the run around about exchanging the product. I just wanted an exchange, not a refund. Their emails were very discourteous and defensive.

I know there are many people that have bought there products with probably no problems. However, the problem here lies when the gauges are defective, they will not honor any exchange. I had to send repeated emails just to get them to even respond!

They have no problem responding when you want to buy the product, just not when something is wrong with them. If you all are anything like me, then the quality of the customer service is just as important as the quality of the product.

Please just take this as a warning. I am not in the habit of trashing on someone's product unless it is deemed needed. I now have a set of gauge faces that are worthless.

Contact ebay. I thought they were supposed to help when there is trouble.
Whats wrong with the guage faces?

Did you pay with a credit card? if so, that company will go to bat for you and you will at least get your money back.

Fight for your rights...

Goosd luck, please keep us posted on the resolution.

I did pay with PayPal and have already filed a complaint with them, but I haven't contacted eBay yet.

Bill Kemp- the gauge faces don't line up at all with any of the "idiot lights" on the the cluster. For some reason now also, when its cold in the mornings my speedo and tach needles stick. I think its simply a badly made set, but they didn't want to help or exchange them. I can understand that things can be received defective, but I didn't think it would be this difficult just to get this resolved.

I'll keep you guys posted.
