Ebay Off road lights

i need lights for my new bumper, and as much as i'd love to get some KC's or Hellas, its not in my budget considering i'm trying to regear really soon. so i was wondering if anyone has tried those ebay lights. they say there water proof and such, but i'd hate for a lens to crack when/if i decide to test that out. if they last me at least a year/year and a half, i'd be happy. but i need lights soon cuz my bumper looks quite rediculous right now, and i think the lights would help it out some. I figured someone on here would know if these lights are any good, and if they are 100% crap, let me know. heres the link to what i was lookin at.

i got a pair of "Navigator" brand lights at pepboys for $30... included wiring and covers

they perform the same as my Hella 500 that i have on my truck, they look very similar as well

hard t otell but if you look @ my avatar, there are 3 aux lights.... the middle is a hella 500, the other ones are those navigator lights

I've found in the past its just easier to spend the money and get the good ones. But as Jim has found, there are exceptions to the rule as well. Its a judgement call really.

I got the Pro Comp Slim 55w lights and they are great, and cheap too. I think I paid about $40 at 4 Wheel Parts

well... i want the lights now, and if i hate them in a year.... maybe i'll get recomended ones, but for now i think i'm going to steal or borrow(whichever you prefer) jimabena's idea and go to pep boys. the sooner i get the lights, the sooner i can make the light mount bar for my bumper and i can finish it up and grind a lil, sand, primer and paint. this is what i got so far, let me know what you guys think. http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=137268

i got a pair of navigator 6" slim lights. i wanted 2 pairs, but pep boys only had the one. then i contemplated getting hella500's, and then i thought about my budget. so i need to check pep boys in a week and pick another pair up, cuz they apparently sell them no where else. i went to 2 meijers, 2 walmarts, and an autozone.
