Edelbrock IAS shocks

The damn guy I ordered my shocks from has been jerking my around for the last month! He ordered them last month and they still haven't come in yet! I'm starting to get really ticked off! Is there anything I can do? He is the owner of the store but its a chain.

Is he the Owner of the Chain... or the Manager of that one store? if he is the manager then go to his Boss! His Boss should be a Regional manager. If he's the Owner of the Chain, then maybe the Better Bussiness Bureau.....

You can run into the same problems off the web. When I ordered my IAS shocks from Carpartsonline.com a couple of years ago, I wasn't aware that they have no inventory. All orders are farmed out to any number of shops. Mine was filled by some shop back East that sent me three front shocks and one rear shock. I was given the choice to either buy another rear shock and get credited for the front shock when they received it or send it back and wait 4-6 weeks for them to send me the correct scock.

the IAS shocks are most certainly awsome......I just installed them last week bought them used and I'm running 31" tires, with a 2" lift and it handles like a car!!

who has these shocks for the best price? So far, the best I've seen them is for $69.99 a piece.
