I have no idea why item A cost more than item B. But then I don't know the terms either. Simply put, What type of monitor is the best? Not which brand, but type?
Here is what I mean, Alpine Monitor TMX-R680A I can get for roughly $800 and Alpine TMX-R700 I can get right at $600 and these prices are after shipping. Both monitors are simply the same size, but one says LCD and the other doesn't. So that brings me to Monitors 101, what am I looking for when I want a good wide screen quality monitor that you don't have to sit right in front of to get a good view. It's hard to buy without the knowledge and site. So my ears are open.
