EEC-IV Connecter on 94 Ex???

Okay, I did forum search, and looked all over under the hood, but I can't locate or remember where the connector is so I can read the error codes. Worst part is, I have had this truck for 15 years..... I found the red ABS connector, and there is a oval shaped connecter that has never been used behind the left side head lights, but ?????

I spent half the day today looking under the hood for that thing. I found it right after I posted this request.
On the 1994 Explorer, its supposed to be plastic snapped onto the rear of the power distribution box, down near the bottom. Mine was under the box resting on the inner fender.
